Take a tour of the Chippewa boot factory in MIssouri!

Well, sexy italian motorcycle boots Christmas didn’t work out. While incredibly sexy, the boots were much smaller than I thought. They fit like ankle boots and I need something taller and more protective. Hopefully the third time is the charm with these used 11.5D Chippewa Engineer boots.

Here are the higher ticket items: Clarks Desert boots, motorcycle boots, or the cold air intake system for my truck (gives better mpg, performance)

In the non-motorcycle boots category, I have long desired these Minnetonka knee-high boots as well as Clarks suede boots.

I really hate to use Matthew Mc-Douchehey as a reference but his “pants to boot flow” was perfect in Dazed and Confused. Look at these pictures! This is what I want. I love to tuck my pants into my boots like Richard petty in the early ’70s. Wooderson’s boots look to fit like 12” boots. Chippewa makes 12” boots but they’re black. The tan Chippewa’s with buckle are 11” which will work.

Sexy Italian motorcycle boots 2011 was a no-go. In reality, they fit much smaller than I thought they would; more like 1/4 boots. Still, they are the sexiest man boots I’ve ever seen. I hoped they would go much higher up my leg to provide protection from heat, road rash, and also allow me to tuck my pants into them. They are too slim to allow for a seamless flow of fabric to boot. :(
So, I return to the American made Chippewa line of riding boots. The black boots are runner-up for sexy motorcycle boots and #1 for protection. I’ve purchased them twice. They were too big once and too small the next. They feel wonderful and the craftsmanship is top notch. *BUT* they’re black. There’s nothing wrong with black boots but I don’t like them with denim. My eyes won’t accept denim tucked into black boots.
Equal in protection and probably comfort are the tan Chippewa riding boots. They have buckles, look to allow pants to be tucked in and are the most affordable of the three. *BUT* they look like boots a Harley guy would ride.
I’m currently wearing these Doc Marten’s. They’re comfy but I was wearing these when I broke my ankle. They’re kinda clunky on the bottom and look a little silly when I tuck my jeans into them. They’re too industrial to work with, oh say corduroy pants, striped t shirts and sweater. Besides, I really like buckles and straps. I’d like the boots to be floppy up top if I so desire.
Help me out fashionable tumblr ladies! Point me to where the good boy boots can be found!

I desire these boots. So hard.
Chippewa Rally boot.
Size 11.5 EW, please.

Hey motorcycle riders and/or general fans of bad ass clothes. I’m selling these super swell Chippewa riding boots. They are size 11D (medium), in great shape, broken in, but not worn out. All straps are intact, soles look good, no issues. Made in America. Originally $225, I’m selling them for $75 AND I’m throwing in this vintage leather motorcycle jacket at no extra cost!
$75, ride safe or strut down the sidewalk like a rad-ass. Your call.
